Life in old age can sometimes feel lonely and challenging, but within it, we accumulate precious memories and experiences. When I first started volunteering at a senior welfare center, many elderly people shared their life stories with me. Their tales brought both tears and laughter.

One elder recounted a love story from their youth, while another shared the pain of war. In those moments, I realized how valuable their memories are. Each of us has our own story, and that makes us all the more special.

Now, it’s time to build a brighter future based on those memories. We must strive for a society where seniors are respected, and their experiences are passed down to the next generation.

I encourage you to connect with the elderly around you. Listening to their stories and sharing memories can bring great meaning to your life. A small conversation can lead to significant change.
