Stretching and exercise needs as you age

My morning stretches, my knees are a little sore today. They say that the older you get, the less your body listens to you, but you shouldn’t give up, right? Especially for us seniors, we need to take care of ourselves.

When I talk to seniors these days, they all have similar problems. Our joints hurt, we worry about our memory… But we still have dreams. Age is just a number, but we’re still young at heart.

Every morning I look in the mirror and say to myself, “I can do this!” Believing that small habits make a big difference. I start my day with 10 minutes of stretching, 15 minutes of walking, and 5 minutes of meditation.

Younger generations won’t know what a special time we have. Why we can laugh even when our joints ache, and why we dare to learn new things even when we’re worried about our memory.
