Tips for women dealing with menopausal depression

Menopause is a time that everyone goes through, but it’s not easy, and I struggled with it a lot.

There were days of lethargy and sadness, and I often wondered, ‘Why am I having such a hard time?’ I had a lot of feelings that were hard to talk about, even with people around me.

But then I realized that it’s important to be honest and express your feelings instead of keeping them to yourself. Talking to friends and family helped me a lot.

I also found that my hobbies helped me feel better, and moving my body by exercising or going for a walk helped me feel lighter.

Menopausal depression is something that many people experience, so please know that you are not alone. Let’s get through this together!

I realize now that I’m past that stage that every moment in life is meaningful, and this moment can be a new beginning.
